Terms & Conditions
Cinema Advertising at Warehouse Cinemas is a service powered by HighRock (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) in partnership with Warehouse Cinemas. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the services we provide related to on-screen cinema advertising (collectively, the “Services”). By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our Services.
Refund & Cancellation Policies
General Policy
Warehouse Cinemas and HighRock are committed to providing high-quality advertising services. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we are here to help. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted for on-screen movie advertising.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If there are technical issues with the screening of the advertisement that are attributable to Company, such as audio or visual problems, that significantly impair the effectiveness of the advertisement.
- Scheduling Errors: If the advertisement does not run during the agreed-upon schedule and this error is due to Company.
- Content Approval: If Company rejects the advertisement based on content or delays the approval process, resulting in missed screening dates.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Client's Request for Changes: If the client requests changes to the advertisement content or schedule after the content has been approved and the schedule confirmed.
- Client-Provided Content: If the advertisement is not provided by the client within the deadline (see Ad Deadlines). Or, if the advertisement content has errors, poor quality, or any issues not related to the performance of Warehouse Cinemas.
- Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the advertising contract after the advertisement content has been approved and the schedule confirmed, except under specific cases reviewed and agreed upon by Company.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our advertising team within 7 days of the incident.
- Provide Details: Include your contract number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days.
Cancellation for Basic Ads
Cancellations for Basic Ads must be submitted in writing (email) 45 days prior to the ad start date.
Cancellation for Premium Ads
Premium Advertising packages require a 12-month commitment (January through December). This commitment reserves your placement for the full calendar year, during which we decline other advertisers for that slot.
- Early Cancellation: Premium placements may not be cancelled once the agreement is executed. Because the slot is reserved for the full year and other advertisers are turned away, customers remain responsible for the full balance of the 12-month term regardless of early termination, discontinued use, business closure, or change in marketing strategy.
- Notice: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email). Submitting a request does not relieve the customer of liability for the remaining term.
- Cancellation by Company: Company may suspend or terminate advertising for non-payment, policy violations, or inappropriate content. Such termination does not waive the customer's responsibility for the full 12-month term.
Cancellation for Tabletop Display
Customers who enroll in the Tabletop Display package agree to a minimum 3-month advertising term. There is no cancellation once the advertising period has begun. If the customer has signed up for more than 3 months, upon completion of the 3-month commitment, cancellations must be submitted in writing (email) 30 days prior to the start of the next month.
Resolution Options
Upon reviewing the refund request, Company may offer one of the following resolutions:
- Full Refund: If the issue is deemed to be the fault of Company and significantly impacts the advertising campaign.
- Partial Refund: If the issue partially affects the campaign but does not render it entirely ineffective.
- Rescheduling: Offering to reschedule the advertisement at no additional cost if appropriate and feasible.
Policy Changes
Company reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.

General Guidelines & Notices
Ad Submission Deadline
Ad reservations are final. Ads must be submitted by the ad submission deadline. Ad deadlines are posted on MovieAds.io. If your ad artwork is not received by the deadline, or is submitted last-minute and does not meet the ad specification requirements, your prior month's ad will be used and/or your ad will not appear and no refund will be provided. Please see our Refund Policy for more details. Please note that it is not Company's responsibility to remind Advertisers of ad deadlines, nor proof the accuracy of their advertisements.
Submitting New Artwork
If you have selected more than one month, and you'd like to change your ad artwork for future months, please submit your updated ads to the Cinema Advertising Manager by the ad submission deadline. If a new ad has not been submitted, we will continue running your existing ad that is on file. It is the advertiser's responsibility to remember to submit new ad artwork.
Payment & Ad Placement Policy
Ads are invoiced approximately 30 days in advance of their start date. All ads, including ad subscriptions, must be paid in full prior to ad placement. If payment is not received by the payment due date, Company reserves the right to withhold your advertisement from running. For multi-month subscribers, failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of your ad placement. Once a late payment is received, your advertisement will be scheduled to run in the next available month based on slot availability. Ad slots are limited, and placement cannot be guaranteed until payment has been made.
Ad Placement Acknowledgment
Ads are displayed full screen in high quality, creating a theatrical presentation to a captive audience. The videos and static ads are shown in ALL auditoriums and loop for approximately 20 minutes as guests settle in for the feature presentation. Ads are not run during Film League presentations, Fathom Events, or in the rare occasion when a DVD movie is presented. Special ad arrangement accommodations are not offered, and your ad will be placed.
Ad Reel Run-Times
New reels run the first Friday of each month (e.g. Friday, February 6 through Friday, March 6).
